This package takes what the bride and groom have envisioned and planned to date, and helps to assure this vision becomes a successful reality. Eventique will take a hands-on approach to offer our experience, connections, and resources to close out any loose-ends and provide day-of support and coordination.

Evenitque will provide a part-time Senior Planning and Design Consultant, and one full-time Associate.

Pre-Event: 22 hours
• 14 hours of planning and consultation with the couple
• 2 hours for walkthrough of ceremony and reception site
• 6 hours for in-person meetings and vendor scheduling and final selection

Event-Day: 11 hours
• 2 hours venue setup and vendor coordination
• 2 hours for the Bride and Groom Arrival (final preparations)
• 1 hour ceremony rehearsal
• 1 hour guest arrival, seating, and ceremony
• 5 hour reception and cake cutting
